We hope you adore your piece, and it fits you perfectly. Still, if something isn’t quite right, simply drop us a return request within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll happily exchange for a size that suits you better.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theumberstore.com with your order number, details and pictures of the issue. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. We will be happy to arrange a pick-up for replacement. We do not offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Accessories
Your accessory is handmade just for you, and we hope you love it at first glance. Since these pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds, but if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refunds
